You may copy and distribute the unmodified trial (Shareware) version of this software in electronic form. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the maximum aggregate amount of money damages for which Licensor may be liable to Licensee under this Agreement, resulting from any cause whatsoever, shall be limited to the amounts actually paid by Licensee to Licensor under this Agreement. USER LICENSE You may install and use this program on one(1) computer only per licence. This program is owned by Amleth Ojalen and is protected by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. GOVERNING LAW The parties agree that this Agreement shall be governed and construed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.
